WJTalk - Olympics: 看東海揚塵﹐說“抵制”今昔

大多數人不願意將奧運會政治化。不幸的是﹐抵制又成了話題。

早在1936年﹐幾個西方國家就曾考慮抵制柏林奧運會﹐反對納粹德國。1956年﹐西班牙和荷蘭抗議蘇軍入侵匈牙利﹔埃及﹑黎巴嫩和伊拉克抗議英法軍隊染指蘇伊士運河。這五個國家以不同的原因抵制了墨爾本奧運會。這是抵制奧運會的先河。同時﹐中國大陸在參加了1952年的奧運會後﹐因台灣問題拒絕參加墨爾本奧運會。這一屆奧運會形成了三路抵制的局面。1976年﹐26個非洲國家加上瑞士和伊拉克聯合抵制蒙特利爾奧運會。抗議新西蘭橄欖球隊同南非隊交往。當時的南非政權推行種族隔離政策。
1980年﹐62個國家在美國的帶領下聯合抵制莫斯科奧運會﹐抗議蘇聯入侵阿富汗。中國大陸剛剛在1979年獲得了奧運會“中國唯一代表”的身份﹐正準備大干一場。左右權衡之後﹐忍痛加入了抵制行列。
有意思的是﹐英﹑法﹑意大利﹑丹麥﹑冰島﹑盧森堡﹑葡萄牙﹑西班牙和瑞士等歐洲國家都派大隊人馬參加了莫斯科奧運會。但是﹐都不用國旗﹐都在奧運會的旗幟下參賽﹐以顯示這些國家在道義上對蘇聯的譴責。
更有意思的是﹐在莫斯科奧運會的閉幕式﹐莫斯科市長要將奧運會旗轉交給下一屆的主辦城市﹐美國洛杉磯市﹐會場同時應昇起美國國旗。不知是蘇聯不願升美國旗還是美國不願在莫斯科昇旗﹐最後昇起的是洛杉磯市市旗(什麼樣的﹖)。
1984年﹐蘇聯報復美國。6個東歐國家和阿富汗﹑安哥拉﹑古巴﹑埃塞俄比亞﹑北朝鮮﹑越南﹑老撾等蘇聯的小兄弟們抵制了洛杉磯奧運會。伊朗和利比亞以其它原因抵制。
最後一次抵制奧運會是在1988年。北朝鮮﹑古巴﹑埃塞俄比亞和尼加拉瓜抵制了漢城奧運會。
從歷史上看﹐抵制有幾個層次。1.不參加﹔2.不舉國旗參加﹔3.不參加開幕式﹔4.國家首腦不參加開幕式。
這四種不同程度的抵制中有三種是不參加。但是﹐某國或某位國家首腦鄭重其事地宣佈不參加不一定等於抵制。抵制就是要放出狠話來﹐這樣矛盾就公開化了。
現在國際上出現了“有限抵制北京奧運會”的聲音。中國大陸民間也出現了“愛來不來”的回應。中國總理溫家寶最近憂心忡忡地說﹕“現在距離北京奧運會開幕還有一百多天﹐不知道還要發生什麼事情。”古人雲﹕“東海揚塵猶有日﹐白衣蒼狗剎那間。”時局變更無人可料﹐世界和平卻總是人類的終極目標。

當年衆多國家抵制莫斯科奧運會時，蘇聯乘機大撈金牌。如今如果美國等西方國家抵制北京奧運，説不定中共心裏會很高興，因爲這下中國就可以大撈金牌而成爲世界第一體育強國了。
