有人乘坐滑翔吊椅, 從天邊而來.

The sun almost set, I heard rumbling noise all along from afar.

越來越近. 還是看不十分清楚.
It's getting closer and closer. Still I could not see it clearly.
我尚未看清它之前, 它卻轉回頭了.
Before I could take a good look at it, it turned back.
滑翔飛行一定很有趣.
Must be an enjoyable trip.
高空中. Up high in the sky.
與鳥共飛. Flying with the birds.
回航. Going back.
遠去. Far far away.

Is this for real?
There must be a field for the glider to land safely near you. I've seen gliders near the beaches at San Diego, CA. That was a very unusual experience to watch your fellow human being flying.

Of course, it is real. It is unbelievable as well.
Good guess. There are several recreational activities going on by the dam over the mountain sometimes in a week.
