踢館升高對立 該譴責誰？
國民黨立委費鴻泰等四人質疑民進黨總統候選人謝長廷競選總部違約使用第一財經大樓，12日由財政部長何志欽等人陪同前往勘察，結果遭謝長廷支持者認為踢館挑釁，爆發激烈的衝突。
對於踢館引爆衝突，雖然國民黨總統候選人馬英九13日上午在馬蕭嘉義市競選總部表示，他認為立委行使職權的方式確有不當之處，已經三度向社會大眾道歉，顯示國民黨有危機處理的能力，但此長昌總部所使用的大樓有無違約使用是公共議題，可受公評，應該以坦然態度面對，民進黨不應見縫插針。民進黨總統候選人謝長廷13日舉行記者會表示，踢館一事證明國民黨總統候選人馬英九沒能力控制這些立委，人民還是要靠自己，建立一個平衡、有制衡的制度，他呼籲支持者，用選票討回公道，爭取尊嚴、權利的保障，以及民主的制衡。長昌競選總部除了定調不要升高對立衝突外，未來也會繼續延伸此一事件的話題，向社會大眾訴求民主制衡、避免一黨獨大的重要性。

It's KMT Legislative members' very bad and unnecessary move. What did KMT gain? Nothing. On the other hand, it gave DPP supporters an excuse. KMT, be careful when approaching the election.

DPP's specialty is to change topic focus. After the so-called protest and news coverage, people tend to forget what caused the event in the first place -- Hsieh's possible unlawful usage of national property as campaign headquarters...

Don't think that Frank Hsieh is so clean. It might be an aubu of DPP's.
Maybe the 4 legislators were eager to impress Ma of their agilities. Or, perhaps, the leader of the 4 men gang, Fey Hountai, might be a spy of the DPP who intendedly incited this incident.
Now he quit as a member of KMT. I wouldn't be surprised that he would openly oppose KMT's legislative motions in the future.

同兩顆子彈有異曲同工之妙,真是精於設計,攻心為上,但這種聰明才智似乎用錯地方,若這八年內有如此用心愛台灣,用於經濟上打拼想必打遍天下無敵手,今天全國百姓可能領的比新加波還多,真可悲,台灣人的宿命...無解!

Usually I would view a group of people taking the law in their own hands as a lynching mob. But I don't rule out this act could be a put-on by the DPP. History tells me they are cable of anything beyond fathom.

I've heard that the 4 legistors were first locked in the elevator for 30 minutes. When they were released, they confronted about 500 angry green supporters. Then chaos began. The police cars were smashed.
It seemed that the whole thing was premeditated...by DPP.

這就是國民黨的本性,以為自己是生活在戒嚴時代,可以為所欲為,如果再一黨執政,台灣就沒有民主可言,只有和中國劃清介線,台灣才可以成長,以前沒有和中國來往,台灣不是可以生活安定嗎?中國是台灣的惡夢,希望台灣人不要懷有中國夢,中國人和國民黨是一路人,看看連戰在中國所做所為,台灣人你看的下去嗎?

立法院是台灣進步的絆腳石,大部份的立法委員,沒有專業,做事是要看爽不爽,一切対人不対事,大家回想一下,過去八年國民黨立法委員,做多少事,是讓國家空轉,而一切的後果,都是民進黨的錯,這樣不負責任的政黨,叫我如何放心政黨輪替!國民黨要執政四年後再看看,立法院未來四年為國家做多少事為人民 謀多少福利,這才是政黨輪替最大因素!

Daghe: 感謝您的指教,我是近五十歲的人,經歷戒嚴時期,經歴民主運動,過去生活的陰影還是深印內心深處,所以國民黨的執政對我是惡夢,尤其是現在那些國民黨的那些立法委員的嘴臉,讓我好像又回到二三十年前,現在一黨執政已成事實,只期望台灣的民主可以永續,祝心想事成!
